UltraTech SEAL & DRY 5 PLUS is a high-performance SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) based bonding and waterproofing agent. It is used as an additive in cement slurries, mortars, and plasters to improve adhesion, flexibility, and waterproofing properties. Ideal for use as a bonding coat before plastering and as an admixture in waterproofing applications. Available in 1L, 5L, and 20L containers.

Mix SEAL & DRY 5 PLUS with cement powder (ratio 1:1.5 by weight) to form a bonding slurry. Apply evenly on dampened surface. For waterproofing, apply 2 coats. Allow each coat to partially set before applying next coat.
