UltraTech HI-FLEX Waterproofing Coat is a highly flexible, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproofing coating ideal for a wide range of applications. It forms a seamless, crack-bridging membrane that provides excellent adhesion and long-term waterproofing protection on concrete, masonry, and brick surfaces. Suitable for both positive and negative waterproofing applications. Available in 5 kg and 20 kg packs.

Clean the surface thoroughly. Dampen the surface with water. Mix HI-FLEX powder with polymer liquid in the recommended ratio. Apply using a brush or roller in 2 coats. Allow adequate drying time between coats. Cure with water after 24 hours.
